What We Offer

Want to learn more about ADHD coaching specifically? Learn about the evidence behind it and how to tell if it's the right fit for you in our article:
01
What is EF coaching?
EF Coaching is a collaborative process that supports self-discovery, growth, and meaningful change alongside executive functioning support. We build awareness around your symptoms, design a personalized toolkit that fits your life, and develop strategies to manage executive function challenges. Along the way, we work to deepen self-compassion, build confidence, and support sustainable progress - on your terms and with tools that actually work for your brain.
02
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple—and there's no pressure. Use the contact form or schedule your free 30-minute consultation. We’ll talk through your goals, explore what kind of support feels right, and see if we’re a good fit.
Not ready to commit to ongoing coaching? That’s okay. Ask about one-time sessions, workshops, groups, or our retreats!
03
How long does it take?
Coaching is an investment in your future—how long you work with a coach depends on your goals. For ongoing coaching, we recommend a 6–8 week minimum for adults and a semester commitment for students to allow time for meaningful growth. After that, you’re welcome to book support as needed.
Not ready to commit? Try a single session or one of our 4-session starter packages to get a feel for the process.
04
Is coaching right for me?
Coaching can be a powerful tool—but timing matters. It works best when you're open to reflection, willing to take action, and ready to try new approaches.
Coaching isn’t therapy or direct instruction—it’s a collaborative process focused on moving forward. If you're too busy or navigating more urgent mental health needs, it may be best to wait or work with another professional alongside coaching.
